Relationship test

Currently the only test supported is the Pearson correlation. Missing values are handled pairwise.

Statistical significance cutoff

Correlations with p values less than the selected number are neither displayed nor included in the model.

Substantive significance cutoff

Correlations with coefficient sizes less than the selected number are handled according to the selection you choose in the drop down box below.

Negative relationship repel strength

This factor affects the strength of negative correlations relative to the strength of positive ones. Higher values produce resting states that are more driven by negative correlations. Sliding this bar all the way to the left makes negative correlations have no effect.

Unrelated variable repel strength

Variables with no statistically significant relationship also have a much weaker repel force between them. The relative strength of this force can be configured by sliding this bar. Sliding it all the way to the left disables this force.
